Okay so it’s not THAT cold.. but cold enough that this freeze baby isn’t happy.
This girl is still not running. Not that I completely expected to this soon, but I was hoping to be able to do more by now. I tried to bowl on Sunday and that didn’t go so well. I couldn’t put all the weight on my left knee to throw the ball properly, so I decided not to continue. Which was smart, but still frustrating.
I tripped over a student’s bookbag yesterday and felt a little pain afterwards, but I think it’s ok. I’m going to go to yoga today and hopefully will be able to do that without too many issues.
I’m hoping within a few weeks I’ll start being able to jog! I am planning on running the Glass City Marathon Relay in April with my family and another 5K at the end of April as well. I’m getting excited for the Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon because this will be the first time in 3 years I’ll be (hopefully) healthy! Speaking of which, how cool are these shirts?
And the medals??
I am loving both and can’t wait to get mine! They are definitely going all-out for the 40th anniversary. I will be giving away an entry in March over on my Instagram so stay tuned for that. You also get this really cool keychain just for registering (and for you beer-lovers, it’s a beer opener!)
